The Snowy Mountains Neighbourhood Centre at present opens Monday and Wednessday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm
It provides a referral service both to visitors and to permanent residents in the district who suddenly face problems in their lives
It also offers free library internet access services, together with cheap personal internet access
It has a part-time worker funded by Government grant, but there is a real need for volunteers from the local community to offer their time and expertise one afternoon a month
